This was an older bathroom in a rental.
The owner contacted me as he wanted it cleaned and freshened up while he was in between tenants.
The budget was tight and he wanted me to do as much as I could in one morning and to keep it under $500
I started by placing drop cloths outside the door and gave the whole room a quick sweep.
I then removed the mouldy silicone from around the bath/shower and on the vanity.
The whole bathroom was then deep cleaned with a heavy-duty alkaline-based cleaner.
I then installed bathroom-grade white silicone around the bath and on the vanity.
I installed clear silicone where the shower screen meets the bath and wall tiles. The area was then detailed and it was done
This job took 3 hours and cost the customer $450*
